Over half of the residents of Estonia believe that the e-state's digital services and information systems are well-protected, it appears from a survey commissioned by the Ministry of Defense, informed LETA/BNS.

It appears from the results of the survey that 57% of respondents in fall 2019 considered the digital services and information systems of Estonia's e-state to be protected very well or quite well, while 18% said they believe the digital services and information systems to be badly protected.

In a survey carried out in spring of last year, 53% of respondents considered the digital services and information systems of Estonia's e-state to be protected very well or quite well, while 22% said they believe the digital services and information systems to be badly protected.

The survey was conducted by pollster Turu-uuringute AS for the Ministry of Defense in October and November 2019. A total of 1,226 Estonian residents 15 years old and older were interviewed.
