Accordingly results of the Labour Force Survey carried out by the Central Statistical Bureau, in April 2020, slightly more than one fifth (22.0%) of employees aged 15–74 years worked remotely¹. Due to the emergency situation the number of persons working remotely increased eight times (148.4 thousand), previously that was done only by 19.0 thousand employees. Women working remotely were 27.0 percentage points more than men (63.5% and 36.5%, respectively).
