GPS Capital Markets sets up business in Lithuania

American company GPS Capital Markets providing currency exchange services for businesses has established a company in Lithuania, informs LETA/BNS.

According to the Lithuanian Center of Registers, GPS Capital Markets Europe was established in Vilnius on Wednesday and is led by Ali Reza Manbeian. The new company authorized capitals stands at 350,000 euros and GPS Capital Markets is its sole shareholder.


Based on information on the central Bank of Lithuanian's website, GPS Capital Markets' company in the United Kingdom already has a e-money institution license without establishing its operations in the country.


Set up in 2002, GPS Capital Markets says it provides currency exchange services and also helps businesses to manage risks.
