Estonian Uptime buys majority shares in Polish JMMJ Software

The Estonian software developer Uptime has expanded to Poland by investing in Polish software house JMMJ and gaining a majority shareholding, reports LETA/BNS.

"The main focus of our group has been so far towards Scandinavia, but with this step we establish ourselves also in Central Europe," Uptime CEO Eero Tohver said in a press release.  


The Uptime group has been increasing its footprint in Europe for many years; established in Estonia in 1992, it began operation in Norway on 2015, in Switzerland in 2016 and in Denmark in 2018.  

 Software was established in 2008 and mostly focuses on .NET and front-end development. JMMJ has two offices, one in Warsaw and the other in Lublin.


JMMJ client base consists of many automotive clients and the company also has experiences with blockchain solution development.  


The experienced team in Poland also develops mobile applications for iOS and Android, web pages and cloud services. JMMJ is Microsoft Certified Partner and has extensive experience with the Microsoft Azure platform.


Based on Estonian capital and operating in Estonia, Norway, Switzerland and Macedonia, Uptime offers IT services such as software development, SharePoint solutions, mobile and cloud applications, information search and business intelligence solutions, IT administration and maintenance services.


The group employs over 130 people. Uptime is a Microsoft Gold Partner and Oracle Silver Partner.
