INVL Technology buys Estonia's Andmevara for EUR 664,600

INVL Technology AB, an IT company listed on the Vilnius stock exchange, on Wednesday finalized the agreement on the purchase of the Estonian company AS Andmevara for 664,600 euros, informs LETA/BNS.

"We are pleased that the company went to a dignified owner and we wish Andmevara continued success," Riho Kuppart, deputy secretary general of the Estonian Interior Ministry responsible for assets, said in a press release.

 

Mairo Kasevali, of the Redgate Capital consultancy that organized the sale, said that during the past year the government has received altogether 2.6 million euros from Andmevara in dividends, income tax on dividends and the consideration for the shares.

 

Founded in 1997, Andmevara is a provider of hosting services, helpdesk services, software services and digitization.

 

The biggest markets for INVL Technology AB are Lithuania, Norway, Tanzania and Uganda.
