Supply of apartments in Riga up 33% in January - Arco Real Estate

In January 2020, the supply of apartments in Riga jumped 33 percent against the previous month, with appartment supply in Riga's largest residential neighborhoods growing 31 percent, Arco Real Estate said in its latest housing market review referred LETA/BNS.

Compared to January 2019, the overall supply of apartments was rose 3% across Riga and increased 8% in the residential neighborhoods.


The highest supply of apartments in January this year was recorded in the neighborhood of Purvciems, while the lowest supply was in Bolderaja.
