More and more people believe Latvia is not moving in the right direction, according to a survey conducted by SKDS pollster, writes LETA/BNS.
In December 2019 residents were asked whether processes in Latvia are moving into the right directions, and the majority of people think they are not, this share of people growing by 8%.
The overall index, assessing the direction of the country's development, showing the difference between the positive and negative assessments, reached minus 31 points in December, shrinking by 14 points in a month and achieving the lowest result in a year.
The lowest assessment was registered in 2009, when it dropped to minus 84 points. The highest assessment was achieved in 2018 at minus nine points.
