Terbatas Street in Riga will become a pedestrian street for a month

From July 15 to August 16, Terbates Street in central Riga will be closed for traffic and will become a pedestrian street, according to a decision made by the interim administration of the Riga City Council, cites LETA.
The street will be made available for traders, and will also feature cultural events throughout the month.
The street will be closed down for traffic on the evening of July 15, but will be made available for traders and pedestrians from July 17.
