A contract on the detailed technical design of the European standard-gauge railway Rail Baltica's section from Ramygala to the Lithuanian-Latvian border has been signed in Vilnius on Fridau, RB Rail, the pan-Baltic company behind the project, announced, informed LETA/BNS.
