Lithuania's residential property prices edge up 0.4%18.12.2020
Residential property prices in Lithuania edged up by 0.4% in the third quarter of 2020 compared to the second quarter, Statistics Lithuania said on Friday.

Estonia: Freight carried by rail down, freight transported via ports up on year in Jan-Sep17.12.2020
The freight volume of Estonian ports increased to 27.9 million tons in the first nine months of 2020, which is 2 percent more than last year, while the volume of freight carried by rail decreased to 11.5 mln tons at the same time, which is approximately 30% less than in the same period a year ago, reported LETA/BNS.

Data of the Central Statistical Bureau (CSB) show that in November of this year, 2 520 people died in Latvia, which is 346 deaths or 15.9% more than in November 2019.

Provisional data of the Central Statistical Bureau show that in October 2020 the foreign trade turnover of Latvia amounted to EUR 2.7 bn, which at current prices was 3.9% larger than a year ago, of which the exports value of goods was 7.7% higher, but imports value of goods – 0.6% higher.
The number of job vacancies in Estonia decreased by a fourth year on year09.12.2020
According to Statistics Estonia, in the third quarter of 2020, there were 8,689 vacancies in the enterprises, institutions and organisations of Estonia. This is 27% less than in the third quarter of 2019. The biggest labour turnover was recorded in wholesale and retail trade, manufacturing, and education.

Lithuania's consumer prices edged down by 0.1 percent in November from October, resuming their downward trend after two months of positive inflation, the country's statistics office said.
In November, the consumer price index in Estonia was more affected by motor fuel and electricity
According to Statistics Estonia, the consumer price index increased by 0.1% in November compared to October. Compared to November of the previous year, the index decreased by 1.1%, goods were 1.2% and services 0.9% cheaper.
