Capital Mill celebrates topping out of 26-story Skyon building in Tallinn

Skyon Building, a 25-million-euro, 26-story brand new structure in Tallinn developed by Capital Mill, has achieved its full height, informs LETA/BNS.

The building situated on Maakri Street is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2021. 


Next summer, several providers of IT, legal and financial services will move into the new building, the developer said in a press release. Tenancy agreements have been concluded on 80 percent of the rental premises at this point.


The glass facade of the 95-meter building will be made up of 898 colored elements. By now the facade has been built up to the 17th floor.


The design of the building is by KOKO Architects, whose other projects include the Estonian pavilion at EXPO 2000. The contractor is Tallinna Ehitustrust.


The building will have 8,400 square meters of rental space and the size of offices starts from 34 square meters. 


The underground levels of the building feature parking spaces and spaces for bicycles, as well as restrooms and showers. The entrance of the building is a foyer 11.5 meters high, which extends through three levels. 


Capital Mill OU, established in 2008, invests in commercial property projects in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
