Estonian startup Klaus raises EUR 4.6 mln

Klaus, a software company founded by former Pipedrive employees, raised 4.6 mln euros in a recent investment round, writes LETA/BNS.

According to the company, the money raised will be used to hire new employees both in Estonia and abroad and to improve the product. The largest customer uses Klaus with more than 5,000 customer support agents, Klaus said.


The investment round was led by Global Founders Capital, which has also recently invested in Slack and Revolut.


The product offered by Klaus enables to simplify the provision of internal feedback in large customer support teams. Klaus software is compatible with various customer communication platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom and another 14 similar solutions.


The company has more than 25 employees located in Estonia, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. Pipedrive's founders and executives, the Swedish fund Creandum and the Finnish fund Icebreaker have previously invested in the company.
