Nobe, Eventus to build EUR 5.3 mln logistics center for Pakendikeskus in Estonia

The Nordecon group company Nordecon Betoon OU (Nobe), in cooperation with Eventus Ehitus OU, has entered into a contract with Pakendikeskus AS for the construction of a logistics center in Soodevahe village in the territory of the Rae rural municipality just outside Tallinn, informs LETA/BNS.

The building to be located at the address 37a Suur-Sojamae Street will have a total floor area of 10,845.3 square meters and construction work is planned to start in August 2020, Nordecon informed the stock exchange.


In addition to the central warehouse of Pakendikeskus AS, the complex will include premises for a store and offices, as well as five stock-office boxes for rent, whose clients can be offered the possibility to store their goods in the central warehouse.


The cost of the works is close to 5.3 million euros plus value added tax and the works will be completed by April 2021.


Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructure segment. The group operates in Estonia, Sweden, Finland and Ukraine.


Shares of Nordecon are quoted on the main list of NASDAQ Tallinn Stock Exchange.
