The trip will be operated with the company’s vessel Romantika, which normally operates on the Riga-Stockholm route.  

As passengers from Sweden are still subject to restrictions in Latvia, the company has not reestablished its regular route between Riga and Stockholm, and is instead offering Latvians the opportunity to travel to the Aland islands and the island of Saaremaa in July. The return trip from Riga to the Aland islands will take place from July 18 to 20.

In addition to the special cruises, Tallink will also operate four return trips on the regular route of Riga-Stockhom-Riga for business travelers. These trips will depart from Riga on July 8, 14, 22 and 28. For more information on the Stockholm departures, customers are advised to contact the company’s customer services team. Passengers are only allowed to travel for work purposes on this route at present.

Tallink Grupp announced on Wednesday that it is carrying out a one-off return voyage from Helsinki to the island of Saaremaa on July 27-29.

The shipper also said on Friday that it has decided to add six departures on the Turku-Tallinn service at the end of July and the beginning of August. Altogether 12 round trips in total will be operated during the season.
