BC, Tallinn, 22.05.2020.Print version
he Kaup24 online store will soon open new local stores and self-service terminals in Estonia, the company has already opened a larger collection point in Tallinn, informs LETA/BNS.

"In April alone, Kaup24 estimates that the number of orders increased by 30%. The rapidly growing sales encourage us to look ahead and make innovations that would ensure the best possible customer experience, which is why we moved the Tallinn collection point to more spacious premises," Dainius Liulys, CEO of Kaup24's parent company Pigu Group, said in a press release.

At the new larger collection point, located at 5-10b Kadaka Road in Mustamae, customers can collect orders consisting of one or more goods and with at least one of them large-scale with a weight of over 50 kilograms.

"Previously, large-scale goods ordered from Kaup24, such as furniture and household appliances, could only be received via courier service. From fall of last year, we also expanded the Kaup24 collection point located on Mustamae Road, allowing people to pick up the goods there free of charge," Liulys said.

He added that the growth of Estonian online orders has recently been significantly influenced by local companies joining the Kaup24 shopping environment online.
