Estonian FinMin looking for developer of administrative management app for EUR 1.7 mln

The IT center of the Ministry of Finance has announced a public procurement for the development of an administrative management application for the declaration of electronic services, the estimated cost of the procurement is 1.7 mln euros, informed LETA/BNS.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework contract covering all development works required for a system for declaration of distance sale of goods and services and VAT on goods imported from third states, which will take effect in January 2021, it appears from the procurement notice.


The works include both changing various components of existing applications as well as the creation and interfacing of new apps. 


Tenders are submitted until the afternoon of May 21 and the duration of the framework contract is 20 months.
