Estonia's Kaamos Kinnisvara to invest EUR 8.5 mln in residential project in Riga

Estonian developer Kaamos Kinnisvara is set to invest 8.5 mln euros in Divi Krasti, a residential project being developed on Kengaraga Street near Dienvidu Bridge in Riga.
As part of the project, two five-story buildings with 132 apartments will be erected, the company's representative Zane Taurina informed.
Construction of the Divi Krasti project started at the end of last year. The first apartment house is scheduled for completion at the end of 2020 and the second should be ready by the spring of 2021.
Taurina said that the prices of economy class apartments in the project will range between 58,000 and 86,000 euros for double-room apartments, between 100,000 and 126,000 euros for three-room apartments and between 124,000 and 131,000 euros for four-room apartments.
Taurina indicated that Kaamos Kinnisvara plans to make Riga its second home market with a 10% market share.
