Print versionIn 2011, 14,450 persons from Latvia officially relocated abroad, according to information from the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (OCMA).

According to OCMA spokesman Andrejs Rjabcevs, of the official relocations abroad, over one-half moved to Great Britain and Ireland, writes LETA.
Former Latvian residents also moved to a number of faraway countries last year, including Macedonia, Ghana, Jordan, Iraq and some others.
