Estonia: Former head of Osta.ee auction website launches new e-commerce platform

Former head of the Estonian Osta.ee classifieds portal Toomas R. Raist has launched a new e-commerce platform by the name of Merxu, operating in Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, informed LETA/BNS.
The portal enables the sale and purchase of chemicals,
professional tools, construction, electro-technical and industrial products as
well as products relating to health and safety at work, according to Merxu.
The platform automatically translates messages by sellers
and buyers into the national languages of all countries in which the portal
operates.
Sellers can add product catalogs on the website and buyers
are able to search products by name, European Article Number (EAN) or specific
parameters.
