Gundars Strautmanis steps down from HansaMatrix supervisory board

Gundars Strautmanis has stepped down from the supervisory board of HansaMatrix high-tech company, the company said in its statement to the Nasdaq Riga stock exchange.

Strautmanis stepped down on March 9. He has served on the supervisory board of HansaMatrix since April 27, 2017.


Andris Berzins, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Ivars Kirsons, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Ingrida Bluma and Dagnis Dreimanis, members of the Supervisory Board, continue to serve on the Board of HansaMatrix.


As reported, HansaMatrix last year posted EUR 23.927 mln in preliminary sales, up 13.1% from 2018, while the concern's profit dropped 4.4 times to EUR 177,977.


HansaMatrix is a high-technology company offering product design, industrialization and complete manufacturing services in data networking, Internet of Things, industrial segments and other services to high added value business segments.


HansaMatrix shares are quoted on the Main List of the Nasdaq Riga stock exchange.
