Estonia's My Fitness buys Lithuania's Gym Plius

Estonia's My Fitness has purchased the owner of Gym Plius sports clubs in Lithuania, reported LETA/BNS.
According to data from the Center of Registers, My Fitness became the sole owner of Gym Plius on January 30. The company had previously been owned by Airidas Kondrotas and Lithuanian-owned Invefina.
Gym Plius has 10 sports clubs, including six in Vilnius, three in Kaunas and one in Panevezys.
My Fitness owns 19 sports clubs in Estonia and 11 in Latvia. Its first sports club in Vilnius, in which the company invested 1.3 mln euros, opened for business last year.
Gym Plius' sales revenue more than doubled in 2018 from 2017 to 2.805 mln euros. It turned a net profit of 430,900 euros, versus a loss of 26,000 euros in 2017.
