Swedbank starts providing American Express card payment processing in Baltics

Print versionSwedbank has has began providing the option to receive payments by American Express cards in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, informed LETA/BNS.

Swedbank and American Express have already begun introducing the new payment option to merchants to enable for them to accommodate tourists wishing to pay by an American Express card in the Baltics.
Merchants interested in enabling American Express card payments in their POS terminals are invited to contact Swedbank's business customer consultation center.
American Express card holders presently number over 110 mln.
