Lithuanian nationals now can travel to Philippines without visa

Lithuanian National can travel to Philippines and stay there fore 21 days without a visa.


The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry informed BC that this has been done in line with single-sided decision of the Philippines" Government, which came into force on 8 December 2008.


The Philippines Embassy in Stockholm informed the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry about this.


Lithuania and Philippines established diplomatic relations on 15 December 1991.


Lithuania in Philippines is represented by Ambassador Dainius Kamaitis residing in Tokyo. Lithuanian honorary consuls Romualdas Vildzius and Rafaelis Evangelista operate in Philippines.
