Danuta Pavilenene, BC, Vilnius, 13.01.2009.Print version
The media has started doubting reliability of the Swiss company SCH Swiss Capital Holdings, which recently purchased the Lithuanian company flyLAL – Lithuanian airlines.

According to Lrytas.lt/ELTA, the company provides scarce information about its activities, investments and staff. Its web site contains neither telephone numbers of head office nor fax number. Only an email of the company is displayed. Jan Erick J.Jansson, head of the company, answered a phone call and explained that the web site had to be closed and updated due to various technical obstacles, therefore, there was no information.

However, he could not say whether more information on the activities and investments of the company would be given in the future. According to unofficial data, the company has hardly any assets and its authorized capital amounts to about 100,000 litas (28,956 euros).

Lrytas.lt consulted experts, who explained that the so-called Swiss company might belong to the same persons, who owned flyLAL. Usually, such fictitious companies, indicating no activities and having only offices, are established to be sold to businessmen fouling their trail.
