Print versionLithuanian airline Air Lituanica has chosen Estonian Air as a commercial partner seeking to ensure an extensive worldwide network from the beginning of its activities, informs LETA/ELTA.

Lithuanian and Estonian Airlines will cooperate in the areas of ticket distribution and the operation of direct and joint flights. Using the agreements of Estonian Air with other airlines, Air Lituanica will be able to offer joint flights to more than a hundred destinations.
Air Lituanica has also signed an agreement on leasing an aircraft from Estonian Air. By the end of June the Estonian 76-seat Embraer 170 plane will be in the Vilnius airport. The plane will lose the Estonian colours and will be repainted in the colours of Lituanica Air brand.
In 2013 Air Lituanica will begin operating flights from the Vilnius airport to Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, Prague and Moscow.
