Latvia: Transport minister's permission will not be necessary for international passenger transportation

Starting from June 10, transport minister's permission will not be necessary for international passenger transportation, the ministry reported.
International passenger transportation will be regulated by the epidemiological safety regulations for curbing the spread of Covid-19, adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers.
International passenger transportation through airports, ports, by buses ad railway transport will be conducted to the countries indicated on the internet website of the Center for Disease Prevention and Control with low Covid-19 risks.
As reported, the state of emergency ends tomorrow, but different restrictions will remain in force.
