Minister replaces Eesti Post supervisory board

Estonia's Minister of Entrepreneurship and Information Technology Urve Palo has recalled all members of the supervisory board of the state owned postal service and logistics company AS Eesti Post and appointed new members to the supervisory board, informs LETA/BNS.

The new lineup of the supervisory board is expected to be chaired by Bo Hendrikson.

 

By the order signed on July 19th, Palo recalled from the supervisory board of Eesti Post Raul Kudre, Mario Lambing, Toomas Leito, Merike Saks and Veiko Tisler. One more member of the supervisory board, Lauri Paeveer, was recalled and reappointed to give the new members of the supervisory board an equal length of tenure.

 

Appointed as new members of the supervisory board were Bo Henriksson, who according to the minister is a suitable candidate for chairman of the supervisory board, as well as Priit Kongo, Indrek Laul, Lauri Paeveer and Regina Raukas, each for a term of three years.

 

The remuneration of the chairman of the supervisory board is 1,200 euros and the remuneration of members of the supervisory board 600 euros a month, according to the order signed by the minister.
