The Mayor of Astana visited the Freeport of Riga

Print versionOn 8 October 2015, the Mayor of Kazakhstan capital Astana Mr. Adilbek Dzhaksibekov and Kazakhstan businessmen delegation paid a working visit to the Freeport of Riga, reports BC port’s press service.

Due to the fact that the visit was related to Business Cooperation Days of Latvian and Kazakhstan entrepreneurs, that were held on October 7 – 8 in Riga, the delegation was provided with a presentation of the possibilities in the field of freight transportation, as well as investment opportunities at the Freeport of Riga.
The delegation was introduced to the current situation in the port, available business territories, as well as to the port infrastructure and its development plans.
