HansaMatrix not to pay dividends from 2019 year's profit

HansaMatrix high-tech company has decided not to pay dividends from last year's profit, the company said in a statement to the Nasdaq Riga stock exchange on the decision made by its shareholders on May 22.

Shareholders decided not to distribute dividends and leave all net profit of financial year 2019 undistributed to increase the retained earnings. 


Before that, the draft shareholders decision suggested that the company planned to pay EUR 0.01 per share in dividends. In total EUR 18,293 had to be paid in dividends from 2019 profit. 

At a shareholders meeting on May 22, the company also decided to re-elect its council. The new council members will be Andris Berzins, Ingrida Bluma, Dagnis Dreimanis, Normunds Igolnieks and Baiba Rubesa, while Ivars Kirsons will not longer work at the council.


In March, Gundars Strautmanes stepped down from the council.


As reported, in 2019, HansaMatrix turned over EUR 24.611 mln, up 14% against a year before, and made a EUR 207,888 profit, which was 3.8 times smaller than in 2018.


HansaMatrix is a high-technology company offering product design, industrialization and complete manufacturing services in data networking, Internet of Things, industrial segments and other services to high added value business segments.


HansaMatrix shares are quoted on the Main List of the Nasdaq Riga stock exchange.
