Government allocates Estonian Air another 15 mln euros

Print versionThe Estonian government decided at its session on Thursday to allocate national carrier Estonian Air another 15 million euros, LETA/Postimees Online reports.

This is the second part of the 30 million euros injection. The first 15 million euros was allocated at the end of last year.
The government gave powers to the economy and communication minister to subscribe for 15,000,000 shares of Estonian Air at the share capital increase.
Estonian Air's minority shareholder SAS Individual Holdings AB did not subscribe for the shares allocated to it, thus AS Estonian Air board annulled these shares.
