Avoti SWF solid wood furniture producer raises turnover 11.5% in 2019

Solid wood furniture maker Avoti SWF, based in Gulbene region, closed 2019 with EUR 50.594 mln in turnover, which is an increase of 11.5% against a year before, while the company's profit doubled to EUR 2.197 mln, according to information available at Firmas.lv writes LETA.

The company's management reported that last year Avoti SWF increased the output of solid wood furniture and pellets. 

The Covid-19 pandemic has not left a significant impact on the company's operations and Avoti SWF expects to carry on with its business like before, as there are no indications that sales might start dropping in the future. 

 

According to information from Firmas.lv, Avoti SWF turned over EUR 45.383 mln in 2018, which is an increase of 24% against 2017, while its profit fell 34.5% to EUR 1.034 mln.


Registered in 1994, Avoti SWF has a share capital of EUR 103,800. Uldis Misins is the sole owner of the company. Avoti SWF makes solid wood furniture, as well as wood pellets. In 2019, Avoti SWF employed 458 people.
