Viada LT to invest EUR 10 mln in filling chain in 2018

Viada LT, company controlled by the family of businessman Ivan Paleichik that operates Lithuania's biggest chain of filling stations, intends to invest 10 million euros in network development in 2018, reports LETA/BNS.

The company said it planned acquire five new filling stations in 2017 and reconstruct 10 existing stations. The company's turnover is expected to reach 400 million euros this year, with projected growth of 5% to 420 million euros in 2018.


Viada LT (formerly Luktarna) operates a network of 230 filling stations in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia owned by Austria's Amic Energy Management. The chain was purchased from Russia's Lukoil concern last year.


Currently, the chain includes 118 filling stations employing more than 1,000 people.
