Latvian Mikrotikls posts over EUR 66 mln in 2016 profit

Latvian IT company Mikrotikls, known internationally as MikroTik, in 2016 generated EUR 223.285 million in turnover at a 10.3% rise from 2015, and its profit grew 7.9% to EUR 66.241 million, writes LETA, according to Firmas.lv business information website.

The company's management said that Mikrotikls' market position was stable and the focus was on development of new products and export growth.

 

Mikrotikls expects further growth of sales in 2017, driven by new products and customer loyalty built over previous years.


In 2015, Mikrotikls made a profit of EUR 61.366 million on a turnover of EUR 202.394 million.

 

Founded in 1996, Mikrotikls is owned fifty-fifty by Latvian citizen Arnis Riekstins and U.S. citizen John Tully.
