Lithuania posts one of EU's largest increases in H1 new car sales

Print versionLithuania's new car sales rose at one of the EU's fastest rates in the first half of 2017 compared with a year ago, figures from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA) showed on July 14th, reports LETA/BNS.

New passenger car registrations in Lithuania jumped by 19.7 in January
through June year-on-year to reach 12,800 units.
Latvia posted a 1% annual decrease to 8,614 and Estonia recorded a 13.4% increase
to 13,300 units.
Across the European Union, car sales grew by 4.7% to 8.211 million.
