Total amount of investments in commercial property in Baltics in Q3 the largest quarterly amount so far this year

Print versionIn the third quarter of this year the total amount of investments in commercial property in the Baltic States was EUR 211.3 mln, which is the biggest quarterly amount so far this year, show data collated by the commercial property company CBRE, informs LETA.

In the third quarter of this year, compared with the third quarter of 2014, the total amount of investments in commercial property in the Baltics increased 51%, whilst in the third quarter of 2015 the total amount of investments was 62%.
The amount of investments in commercial property in January-September this year is EUR 565 mln, informs CBRE. The total amount of investments for the entire 2016 could be by 40% lower than last year, which was a record year in terms of investments.
The highest amount of investments in the third quarter this year was registered in Latvia, where the total investments reached EUR 122.4 mln, followed by Estonia with EUR 72.2 mln and Lithuania with EUR 16.7 mln.
