Bank of Lithuania approves rules and prospectus of investment fund Synergy Finance

Print versionNational bank of Lithuania approved rules and prospectuses of the investment fund Synergy Finance, the Bank of Lithuania said in a statement.

With regard to a request of Synergy Finance, the Bank of Lithuania Supervision Service permitted to approve rules of the Synergy Finance Tactical Asset Allocation Fund, a special investment fund under the establishment of Synergy Finance, investing into other collective investment undertakings, as well as the entire and abridged prospectuses and allowed to conclude a depository services contract with a bank Swedbank, writes LETA.
The fund is intended for investors inclined to assume larger than the average investment risk. The minimum duration of investment into this Fund is recommended to be more than three years.
