The goal of the public procurement is to prepare and carry out individual language training as part of a 24-day secondment for 30 public sector workers or officials in the area of social work in Harju and East-Viru counties, it appears from the procurement notice.

As part of individual language training, participants will work in Estonian-language environment with the help of an instructor who is proficient in Estonian, and exchange experiences with their colleagues while on secondment. In addition to work-related language skills, participants will also improve their Estonian vocabulary for everyday use.

During their free time, the seconded workers will visit cultural events and places of interest in their county of destination or its neighboring counties.

The target group is at least 30 workers or officials in the area of social work who are employed in a Harju County or East-Viru County public sector institution and whose command of the Estonian language is insufficient.

Bids can be submitted to the tender until noon on Aug. 28.
