The latest figures from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control show that the cumulative 14-day coronavirus case rate in these countries exceeds 16 but is not over 25 cases per population of 100,000.

Foreigners are banned from coming from Belarus, except for the exceptions set by the Lithuanian government.

Figures from the Lithuanian Health Ministry show only four counties, besides Lithuania, have coronavirus case rates below 16 per 100,000. These countries include Estonia, Finland, Hungary and Latvia.

As of Friday, the rate stands at 15.5 in Lithuania.

Foreigners coming from countries with coronavirus rates over 25 per 100,000 not only must self-isolate but also have a negative coronavirus test result.

Arrivals from countries were coronavirus rates ranged between 16 and 25 per 100,000 must only self-isolate.

Foreigners are allowed to come to Lithuania from EU member states and other European countries. Foreigners from third countries are barred from coming to Lithuania, except for exceptions set by the government.

Lithuanians arriving from affected countries need to self-isolate, and those coming from countries seriously affected by the virus need to undergoe a coronavirus test.
