The data shows that there are 61,600 salespersons, 50,500 heads if enterprises and organisations, 45,300 heavy vehicle and goods vehicle drivers, 39,800 office and hotel cleaners, maids and auxiliary staff, 38,600 advertising and marketing specialists.

The highest gross monthly salary is earned by air traffic controllers LTL 10,880 (EUR 3,150), judges LTL 8,205 (EUR 2,380), legislators LTL 7,365 (EUR 2,135), employees in finance and insurance sector LTL 7,038 (EUR 2,040).

Currently there are more than 1.3 million insured people, their average salary is LTL 1,950 (EUR 560).

The collected data about professions will be transferred to the Centre of Information Technologies in Education and the Ministry of Economy. The information will be used to produce a map of qualifications, and to project the need of various specialists and state-funded studies programmes.
