In comparison to the same period of time a year ago where the net profits in the first quarter of the year amounted to 31.4 million kroons, the net profits grew by 43%, writes EPL Online.

The group’s profitability has improved in comparison to the first quarter of the year 2007. The gross profit rate was 13% while in 2007 it was 12%.

The sales revenue of the group in the first quarter amounted to 773.5 million kroons, growing by 38%.

The group has an objective to keep the representation of different segments as balanced as possible as it will help manage risks and will ensure security in more difficult market situations as well. The proportion of real estate development projects is held relatively low – never more than 20% of the sales revenue.
