The increase in the average hourly pay in April, against March, was conditioned by larger lump sum payments, bonuses and premiums.

Over the month, prices for building materials and products increased by 0.3%. The largest increase in prices over the month was observed for pipes – 1.2%; metal and plumbing materials went up in price by 0.2% each, while insulation materials went down in price by 0.1%.

As for building structures, the largest price growth over the month was observed for the construction of utility infrastructure (except for wastewater pipelines) – 1.3%. Renovation of buildings went up in price by 0.8%.
