Print versionAccording to a Swedbank survey, 10% of Latvian residents are planning on purchasing a home within the next two years, informs LETA.

Meanwhile, another 79% are planning on carrying out repairs or renovations of their current homes.
18% of Riga residents are planning to buy a home within the next two years, 11% of residents of other cities, and 4% of residents of rural areas.
According to Swedbank, there has been a 45% increase in the interest residents have in financing for purchasing a home when compared to March of last year.
