Communications operator Telia, which is active in the Baltic States, launched on Monday the Telia Game Subscription, a unique service that means users no longer need to buy their computer games, but can easily download them to their computers from Telia’s gaming portal and play as much as they want for a fixed monthly fee, the company announced.

With Telia Game Subscription, customers have access to a game catalogue with almost 300 games in different categories, writes LETA.

It is planned to add new games to the catalogue selection every month.

"We believe that our new subscription service will be a hit with anyone interested in computer games. For example, families with children can benefit enormously since they potentially could spend a lot of money buying computer games. A subscription service would allow everyone in the family to play their favorite games and easily test new games – without it costing a fortune and at any time during the day," Erik Hallberg, the head of Broadband Services at TeliaSonera in Sweden, said.
