According to Gert Stahl, CTO of Investorise, the co-operation with Lowenstein is a major acknowledgment for the company, as it confirms the value and strong competitiveness of AI-based technology in the U.S. real estate landscape.

"Today we are able to use the AI capabilities to make the best real estate investment decisions based on data. Glenn Lowenstein joining our team, however, helps us to complement the specifics of our company's expertise in real estate as well as the necessary bureaucracy, which is far from low in the U.S. real estate market," explained Stahl, stating that Lowenstein is also adding significant years of experience to a rather young team of Investorise.

Lowenstein's expertise in the U.S. real estate landscape is confirmed by one of the top investment management companies Lionstone Capital, which he founded and managed for almost two decades. Lowenstein also has strong relationships within leading real estate executives in the U.S. This helps Investorise gain access to the biggest real estate investors in the country.

Lowenstein sees his role in Investorise primarily as a strategic advisor, who will be able to incorporate 35 years of experience and expertise in U.S. real estate with the latest technological capabilities. "For me, the technology developed by the Investorise team in Estonia is groundbreaking - both in its level of innovation and insight. Therefore, I am extremely pleased to work with great people who are adding a new dimension to the U.S. real estate market," explained Lowenstein, who also invested 1 million dollars in Investorise himself.

In addition to Lowenstein, many experts have already joined Investorise' group of international leaders, including co-founder of the company, Stefan Schiemens former Managing Director of Airbnb in Latin America, and Riley Newman former Airbnb Head of Data Science. Today, in addition to Tallinn, Investorise has an office in New York, with additional team members in Miami, Houston and Sao Paulo.

Investorise offers investment opportunities to institutional investors via its AI-based investment fund, created three years ago by two developers operating in Estonia and their U.S. counterparts. The company's team of software development and analytics is located in Estonia and has already attracted investments well over 10 mln euros.
