Mainly internationally working growth company Toggl OÜ created a separate company for its office software solution Teamweek. The solution visualizes team members’ projects and time management. The CEO of the new company Teamweek OÜ is Toggl’s marketing manager of 4 years, Anneli Helendi and the company hopes to reach a turnover of 600,000 euros and earn a profit in 2017.

Teamweek has so far been Toggl’s side-product and has its own company now to create profit already in its first year of operating.

Teamweek has 17,000 active users worldwide today,” said Alari Aho, Board Member of Toggle OÜ. “The product was born 4 years ago, and has been growing rapidly. We have now established a spin-off company for Teamweek and made an additional investment of 100,000 euros. We have achieved quite significant international success, which was the motivation for founding Teamweek OÜ.”

“The client base of Teamweek includes Uber, Spotify, Stripe, Buzzfeed, National Geographic, Verizon, Vice, and the UN, among others,” said Alari Aho. “The main markets are United Kingdom, the USA, France, the Netherlands. Teamweek is already an international company, with many successful companies worldwide using its services. In the IT world, success is always based on a unique and smart product, which we have managed to create.”

Teamweek enables a team to keep a joint calendar in order to plan their time visually and inclusively – to see, who is busy and who is free at any given moment.

“Project managers value the comprehensive nature and convenience of the product. For regular users and team members, however, it is important to see a visible, clear action plan and the deadlines of upcoming projects,” explained Annika Helendi, CEO of Teamweek. “Teamweek shows who of the team members are overburdened and who have free time. This results in an increase in the company’s efficiency.”

“I have been working as the Marketing Manager of Toggl for four years and taken part in the creation and development of Teamweek,” said Annika Helendi. “I am familiar with the product down to every detail and have a lot of faith in it. Currently, the team of Teamweek consists of 9 people, but founding of a new company and the additional investment will enable us to grow rapidly. We are working in the name of perfecting the software of Teamweek, which will enable to make planning of the activities of 10-20-member teams in a short-term perspective significantly easier and more efficient – it is not necessary to work more, just more efficiently.”

The headquarters of both Toggl and Teamweek are in Tallinn.

Toggl OÜ is a growth company, which has been operating in Estonia since 2007 and is developing software for measuring working time.
