Latvia: Grindex board chairman Juris Bundulis steps dow

Juris Bundulis, the board chairman of Grindex pharmaceutical company, has stepped down from his position, the company said in a statement to the Nasadaq Riga stock exchange.
The company's representatives informed that the company received a resignation tender from Bundulis on January 21.
Until further decisions the board of Grindex continues to work in composition of two board members – Juris Hmelnickis and Janis Romanovskis.
Bundulis has been in the position since 2012.
As reported, Grindex Group posted EUR 106.564 mln in turnover for the first nine months of 2019, up 4% from the respective period in 2018, while the group’s profit rose 17.6% to EUR 8.906 mln.
Grindex is quoted on the Main List of Nasdaq Riga stock exchange.
