Latvia: MP Kaimins infected with coronavirus

He said that he has been in self-imposed quarantine since March 17 after starting to feel unwell, but yesterday went to get screened for the virus and it was a positive result.
''I apologize to those who I met on March 15 and 16, and ask them to go get checked for the virus,'' he said.
As reported, with 13 people diagnosed with Covid-19 in the past 24 hours, the total number of coronavirus patients in Latvia has risen to 121, the Center for Disease Prevention and Control (SPKC) informed on Saturday.
During the past 24 hours, 1,241 people were tested for Covid-19 while the total number of coronavirus tests performed in Latvia has grown to 4,446.
Covid-19 infections have now been confirmed across Latvia. The highest number of coronavirus patients has been recorded in Riga.
