Print versionIn NBA action on Thursday, Latvian forward Rodions Kurucs scored eight points, but his Brooklyn Nets lost to the Los Angeles Lakers 113:128, writes LETA.
The Latvian also pulled down one rebounds and made one assist.
Kyrie Irving was the top scorer for the Nets with 20 points, while Lebron James led the way for the Lakers with 27 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists.
In the NBA's Eastern Conference standings at the moment, the Nets are in eighth place with 18 wins and 25 losses.
Up next for the Nets - a road game on Saturday at the Detroit Pistons.
