VEF Riga suffer another loss in FIBA Champions League

BC, Riga, 22.01.2020.

In FIBA Champions League action on Tuesday, Latvian basketball club VEF Riga lost to German club Bamberg Brose 53:91, reported LETA.

Alexander Madsen and Lester Medford led the Latvian club with 10 points piece.

Darion Atkins was the top scorer for Brose with 13 points.

In the Group C standings at the moment, VEF Riga remains in last place with one win and 10 losses, while Brose is in fifth place with six wins and five losses.

VEF Riga will play its next Champions League match on January 28 at Spanish club Iberostar Tenerife.
