President of Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry met with the Riga Port CEO

Print versionOn July 3, 2014 President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Sergei Katyrin visited the Freeport of Riga Authority, informed BC port’s press service.

In the framework of his visit Mr. Sergei Katyrin met the CEO of the Freeport of Riga Mr.Leonids Loginovs and participated in a boat trip around the Riga port water area to get to know the current situation at the Freeport.
During his visit to Riga the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation visited the Vessel Traffic Service Center of the Freeport of Riga and had a meeting with the Port Captain Mr. Eduards Delvers.
In the framework of the visit wide range of issues was discussed, including Latvian and Russian businessmen cooperation in the framework of the current geopolitical situation.
